Volm Companies congratulates our President & CEO Daniel Mueller for recently accepting the top honor at the Alumni Association Awards at Concordia University, Saint Paul. Mueller received the Alumni Distinguished Service Award on September 18 at a banquet recognizing those who are exceptionally accomplished in their fields. In addition to his leadership, he was recognized for his generosity and deep commitment to strengthening students, communities and the mission of Concordia.

In presenting the award, the Alumni Association cited the nomination submission, which spoke of Mueller’s accomplishments and values. “Some leaders build companies, others build communities. The very best leaders build both. Daniel Mueller is one of those leaders. Daniel has taken the values he learned here and carried them into every sphere of his life – business, church, family and community.”

During his acceptance speech, Mueller spoke about the important role Concordia University, Saint Paul played in his life as well as the motivation for his continued involvement with the school.
